Effective date: July 31, 2026
These Terms govern your use of mfsoft.dev and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by MFSoft LLC ("MFSoft," "we," "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms.
The Software is licensed separately. Your rights to install and use MFCommander itself — including editions, the trial, the updates window, activation, and periodic validation — are governed by the MFCommander End User License Agreement, not by these Terms. Where the two differ about the Software, the EULA controls.
You may use the Site to learn about MFCommander, download it, buy a license, get support, and read our documentation. You agree not to:
robots.txt; We may suspend access that breaches these Terms or threatens the Site's stability.
Builds offered on the Site are provided for use under the EULA. Verify you downloaded from mfsoft.dev — we cannot vouch for copies obtained elsewhere, and builds from third-party mirrors may be modified.
Checkout is operated by Polar Software Inc., our Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record: it collects payment, calculates and remits sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Your purchase is subject to Polar's terms in addition to ours.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude tax unless the checkout says otherwise. Paid editions are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — nothing recurs and nothing auto-renews.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: 14 days, no questions asked, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.
If you join the waitlist or ask us to email you, you consent to us contacting you about MFCommander. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional mail about a purchase or license is not marketing and is sent regardless.
What we store when you sign up — including your IP address and coarse location — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content — text, layout, graphics, screenshots, videos, and code — are owned by MFSoft LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. "MFSoft," "MFCommander," and our logos and product identity are our trademarks.
You may quote or link to Site content with attribution for review, commentary, news reporting, or teaching. You may not copy the Site's design or content into a competing product, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Other names and marks on the Site — including Apple, macOS, Amazon S3, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Drive, and OneDrive — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their owners do not sponsor or endorse MFCommander.
The Site links to services we do not control, including our Merchant of Record and code-hosting platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but it may contain errors, and roadmap or feature descriptions are statements of intent, not commitments. Screenshots and demos may show work in progress. Nothing on the Site is a warranty, and only the EULA creates obligations about the Software.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, and do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these limits apply only as far as the consumer law that applies to you permits, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Liability relating to the Software is governed by the EULA, not this Section.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be marked by an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that is acceptance; if you do not accept, stop using the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, where MFSoft LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer you may bring proceedings where you live, and mandatory consumer-protection law there still applies to you.
If a provision is unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may, on notice, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about the Site. The EULA and Refund Policy govern the Software and purchases.
